The radar's data is public procurement: consulting and digital-consulting contracts in Europe from €15,000 up, 24 months of awards and the calls open now, from TED and national registers, rebuilt every Sunday. You can read it three ways, free and without a key, within the limits below.

A card per country (ISO 3166 alpha-3, ALL for Europe, EUI for the EU institutions) and kind of work (all, strategy, transformation, platform, build_run). A card exists where there are at least 30 awards; the index lists them all.

The leading consulting firms of each country (beta selection, rebuilt with the cards). A slug is stable from one week to the next. Each card: awards in 24 months by country, kind of work and buyer type, value won, rank, main buyers, trend, how often it wins alone, frameworks, latest awards with notice links, co-winners, similar firms.

Las consultoras destacadas de cada país (selección beta, regenerada con las fichas). El identificador (slug) no cambia de una semana a otra. Cada ficha: adjudicaciones en 24 meses por país, tipo de trabajo y tipo de comprador, importe ganado, posición, compradores principales, tendencia, cuántas veces gana sola, acuerdos marco, últimas adjudicaciones con enlace al anuncio, coganadores y empresas parecidas.

Read-only: it answers from the same files as the cards, calls no AI model and stores no query. Every result carries its source links and the attribution.

Solo lectura: responde con los mismos archivos que las fichas, no llama a ningún modelo de IA y no guarda las consultas. Cada resultado lleva sus enlaces a la fuente y la atribución.

• Days are UTC. Over a limit, the tool answers with an error until the next day. A search needs at least one word of three letters: it finds, it does not list everything.
• Results carry no internal ids: each row links to its notice in the public register it came from (TED, PLACSP, BOAMP, oeffentlichevergabe.de, TenderNed; DECP rows link to the dataset).
• The card files are cached for an hour; please cache them too and read each card at most once a day (they change on Sundays).
• These are beta limits and may change; the current ones are always on this page and in the about tool.

• Los días son UTC. Pasado un límite, la herramienta responde con un error hasta el día siguiente. Una búsqueda necesita al menos una palabra de tres letras: sirve para encontrar, no para listarlo todo.
• Los resultados no llevan identificadores internos: cada fila enlaza a su anuncio en el registro público de origen (TED, PLACSP, BOAMP, oeffentlichevergabe.de, TenderNed; las filas de DECP enlazan al conjunto de datos).
• Los archivos de fichas se guardan en caché una hora; guárdalos tú también y lee cada ficha como mucho una vez al día (cambian los domingos).
• Son límites de beta y pueden cambiar; los vigentes están siempre en esta página y en la herramienta about.

• Attribution: quote figures with Source: Arquestra Consulting Market Radar (arquestra.dev) and the link each result gives (the card's page or the notice).
• Non-commercial: research, journalism, teaching, your own bid decisions and answering a user's question in an assistant are fine. Reuse in a product or paid service, in a deliverable you sell, or in a dataset needs a commercial licence: ask with the form below.
• No bulk or systematic extraction: do not copy the database beyond the documented limits, by scripts, many keys or addresses, or repeated queries meant to enumerate it. Bulk data is available on request.
• The data comes as it is, without warranty; the method and its limits are in about and on the radar's "About the data". Use may be limited or blocked where these terms are not kept.
