The month in public consulting

A monthly edition of the Arquestra Consulting Market Radar: public consulting awards published in Europe that month, who won, who bought and what is still open, counted by publication date, every figure with its base.

Every award here counts in the month it was published, not the month it was decided. Awards are published weeks or months after the decision, so counting by award date would always make the latest month look weaker than it was.
